I'm shy at first, but boy oh boy do I just love cuddles!

I was a house dog but lost my family and was sent to a kill shelter in Kunshan. I was rescued by the sanctuary and brought to Nanjing to start a new chapter. I’ve been getting lots of training to learn cool tricks and going on long walks. I also met with a foster family that was great. I had a little brother there and loved to play with him, even if he was much smaller than me. They also had a cat I loved to look at. Now I’m waiting for my forever family.

Lancelot's Personality

I am a happy and sensitive boy. I love to be with the same people and have my bed and toys, but I can share and will not fight for them if you want them. I live well in a home and in an apartment as well. I love to play but I can also lay relaxed in the apartment waiting for my walk in the park.

Lancelot's Ideal Home

An ideal home will be with an active person or family with one or more other dogs. Lancelot can be by himself as long as he is with his person. Having a yard would be great to release the excess energy.

Are there any adoption fees?

There are no adoption fees to adopt one of our furry hearts! However, we do have a interview process to ensure the safety and compatibility of all furry hearts in our shelter.

How can I learn more about the process for international adoptions?

Adopting a dog internationally is not as intimidating as it sounds! However, there are some important things to note about the process. If you are interested in more details, please reach out to info@furryhearts.org.

How are donations used?

All donations are used to go towards the housing, food and medical costs for the pets in our shelter.
